Has anyone heard of the Morning Banana Diet that was developed by a Japanese pharmacist? Well - it is so popular in Japan that they currently have a shortage of bananas. I always heard that bananas were one fruit that should be avoided while dieting. So why is it suddenly a weight loss miracle?
Here's how it works. You eat as many bananas as you want with room temperature water for breakfast. Then you eat whatever you want for lunch, dinner and snacks and still lose weight! You also can't have anything after 8:00 P.M. and need to go to bed early. Exercise is optional.
This sounds to good to be true right? Well, skeptic that I am, I did a little internet research. I was overwhelmed by the positive responses to this latest fad diet.
So girls, go bananas and see if it works for you!

It's the not eating anything after 8pm that helps you lose weight I believe.
